Designing faults in some of the famous Cars of India

It has been very well said that "first impression is the last impression". being it a person or a thing, and the same thing applies to Cars too.

The very first thing one notices in a Car is it's Design and no Car can get succes in the market if it's design is very average or not very good.

In earlier times , people were not too much bothered about the Design but at present, there is a very tough competition among different Car Brands and now people also go for good looking vehicles rather than an average looking vehicle which offers too much features .
At present , the scenario has changed a lot, now everyone considers a stylish, elegent and sporty Car.

But unfortunately, in this tough competition also, some of the car manufacturers have not Designed their Cars that will look outstanding in the market and, it's not that these Cars are bad from all angles or from every aspects but due to some Design issues or faults these Cars have not got too much success in the market.

So, here is the list of  some of the famous Cars of India which have some designing faults and if these Designing faults would have not been there , then these Cars could have done very well in the Indian Car Market and there Sells could have been increased.

In this list we will only cover the designing fault and not the fault of features or performance.

Designing faults in some of the famous Cars of India:

1. XUV 300

It's a very nice and stylish looking mid-size SUV fo India and its sells was also decent. Its front look was very bold and aggressive and the most Fascinating thing of this car was the bold and sharp front Sabertooth LED DRLs.
But the only Designing defect of this Car was its Side profile and mainly the back portion which reduced the Boot space also , I mean its back portion was not slopy and it became straight all of a sudden. Its rear tyre was all the way very back and also its Tail-light was very curvy which did not match the front sharp LED DRLs.

This was the main reason that a majority of people did not purchased it. It did'nt gained much popularity and fame as its elder brother, XUV 500.

2. TATA HARRIER

Tata Harrier was a very bold and massive car but it also did'nt did very well in the Indian Car Market. Although it was made on range Rover's discovery Platform, but even though its design was not as everyone had thought of after having seen its concept model.

It looked too bulky and massive to be called as a Five-seater, its design was too much boxy and it was too big to fit in the Mid-size five-seater segment and in this price range there were very good Cars like Hyundai Creta , MG Hector , Kia seltos. This Car should have been launched in the Seven-Seater segment. In the seven -seater segment, it would have given very tough competition to the Mahindra's XUV 500.

Its Second designing fault was its odd-looking headlights which looked too big and were oddly positioned.

3. HONDA AMAZE [Facelift]

Honda Amaze  facelift that was launched in 2018 was a very nice car over-all in terms of features , performance and looks but there was a Designing fault in the front profile of the Car.

It was a proper mid-size Sedan Car but its front bonnet got a very sudden straight sharp cut down  and lacked the floating slope as of the Honda City and the Honda Civic. Its bonnet looked lifted up and this was the main reason that most of the people disliked it. Altough it was a very nice compact  Sedan having better dimensions than  its competitors like Swift Dizire, Hyundai Xcent, Tata Zest and Ford Figo aspire.
But due to this very reason , it also did not did well in the Indian Market.
